Itemized Tag Report isn't picking up all tagged entries

I started using tags last year however the ones that I created after August 2023 don't appear on the report. I tried validating the file as someone had suggested for another post however that didn't resolve the problem. This is a pretty important feature for me so any help is appreciated.

    Are you reusing a Saved Report with a previous customization to select only specific Tags?
    Have you tried creating a new report from scratch instead?

    Can you show us transactions using "old Tags" and "new Tags", as examples?
    Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window
    showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect
    your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?

    Please save images to files of file type PNG, JPG, or GIF only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.

    The tagged items not appearing on the reports are Louisville and Silver which were created after August 2023
