Citibank requiring reauthorization on every sync

Ever since the change in connection (and I was finally able to get past the blank page issue), every time I run an update (one step or otherwise), the sync fails and I have to go through the entire process of reauthorization through the site and re-link all the accounts.

Is there a reason why this is happening?

    To assist with this issue, please provide more information. How is the update failing? Are you getting any error messages/codes? If not, then what is happening when you try to update? What is prompting you to go through the reauthorization process again?

    It seems to be ok now. I think I had authorized my banking and credit card accounts during separate 'authorizations.' I deactivated all and then reauthorized them together - I have not been asked to reauthorize since then. Will post back here if it happens again.
