I'm experiencing the same issue. I am consistently being locked out of my Merrill Lynch account and the message just says that they are unable to reach Merrill Lynch servers at this time and to try again later. Then the message reads "This is not your fault". It literally says that. When I contact Merrill Lynch, they tell me to call Quicken. When I call Quicken and tell them what is going on and even sending them my logs (report), they tell me it is Merrill Lynch's problem. I have logged about 6 hours this week no the phone between the two, and I'm hold now with Merrill Lynch. I asked them (at the request of Quicken Technical Support) to call Quicken and lets do a three way. She is attempting that now. Quicken seems to think that there is a problem with my login (either password or username). However, I tried to explain to them that I get locked out of Merrill Lynch and have to do an unlock with them by phone and that is probably what the report is logging. IDK, but it seems like this problem has been going on a very long time and both Quicken and Merrill Lynch need to get together and ensure compatibility between the two and stop passing the buck. Hopefully someone will be able to help with this call or someone will figure it out here.

UPDATE: Still on the phone almost an hour later and Quicken is kicking me back to ML.

    Hello @Duckwing63,

Could you please provide me with the ticket number that was given to you during your Support interaction?

    Thanks!

Hi Jasmine. Sorry, I'm just seeing this response that was split from the other comments. I've got it bookmarked now.

I have two ticket numbers. The second one was for the escalation:

    #10785513

    #10784587 (escalation)

I am able to access Merrill Lynch now, but the totals are all wrong and it seems that the only way to fix it is to perform manual entries (that would take forever to start all over back to 2020), or to try to delete the accounts and see what happens when I re-enroll them. Also not realistic because I'd lose some data albeit not accurate.
