    Hello @joeyjels,

    To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend following these steps from the article on error OFX-16503:

    Backup your Quicken file.

    If you have not yet signed up for the bill payment service provided by your financial institution, but have enabled that service in Quicken, you will get this error. Make sure that your account settings in Quicken match the services currently provided by your financial institution. To do so:

    1. Open the register for the affected account.
    2. Click the Settings button in the bottom right corner. 
    3. In the Account Settings screen, click Bill Pay.
    4. In the Bill Pay tab, review if the Bank Bill Pay status is set to On. If you don't have Bill Pay enabled with your bank, but the status in Quicken is On, you will need to turn it off. 

    If you do not have the Bill Pay tab in your Account Settings or the directions above do not correct the issue, another cause of the OFX-16503 error is incorrect or outdated login credentials. To troubleshoot for that potential issue, follow the steps in this article on invalid login credentials.
