AT&T bill won't update

Quicken for Windows tells me that AT&T has been added as a bill, but the new bill has not been received yet, even after I click the Fix It button, for the last two weeks. The AT&T site shows that a bill has been posted to my account. Is there an issue with downloading bills from AT&T?

    Hello @vladinator,

    I went ahead and checked the internal status of this Online Biller and unfortunately, it shows a degraded status which is why it will fail to connect at this time. We do not have an ETA on when this degraded status will be resolved.
