PNC Direct Connect not downloading transactions

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
As of 1/10/23 Quicken is not downloading my direct connect transactions. I'm working with Windows and all of my other accounts with web connections and bank transactions (different banks) are working. I've tried to reset the account with no changes.

I ran a "validation and repair" of the account and it seems to have resolved the problem. Thanks to the community for suggesting this!
