Setup Citi online acct HANGS

Not sure this is the best place for this, but I couldn't find anything better…
When I try to setup online banking for a Citi account I get a screen that Quicken Classic uses Intuit to connect. Selecting Continue (Back is dimmed and not selectable. What good is THAT?). Selecting Continue, closes the Add Account popup and then HANGS with the base window dimmed and that's the end. Only recourse at that point is using Task Manager to quit the Quicken task. MAYBE this is related to the recent problems with connecting to Citi to setup online banking that were reported resolved.

We do currently have an active alert regarding Quicken crashing when attempting to add or reauthorize accounts with CitiBank. This could be contributing to the issues that you are experiencing. You may follow this link to access that alert where you can bookmark it for any further updates.
