One Citi account won't download transactions

I have 2 Citi cards: one is on Direct Connect, the other wasn't.

I updated/reauthorized the other per instructions. It showed as successful. But now it won't download any transactions. I've tried thru One Step Update and thru Update Now within the Qkn register.

Please help. Tks.

    Hello @Betrock,

    To clarify, this issue began immediately after reauthorizing one of your CitiBank accounts? Do you receive any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs when attempting to download your transactions? Do the Direct Connect account and the Express Web Connect + account use the same login information?
