After Reauth Process with CITI what should connection be?

My one Citi card went thru the reauthorize process. Now it won't download transactions.

What should the the 'Edit Account Details' tab >"online Services" say?

Mine says: under :Online Setup: is set up for transaction download.

Under Connection Method it says "Express Web Connect+"

Is that correct? What else could be wrong?

    Yes, Express Web Connect+ is the correct connection method after reauthorizing your accounts.

    However, your accounts and transactions should still download as they normally did. Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What exactly occurred when reauthorizing your accounts? Were you able to successfully reauthorize without any issues? Did this issue occur immediately after reauthorizing?

    The one CC account reauthorized without any issues.

    I tried a One Step Update. The other Citi CC that was already direct connect so no auth requested, download it's data.

    Nothing happened with the re-auth'd account - error, just nothing. I tried update from within the register - nothing, no error, just nothing.
