Chase CC-501 Error...week three

Quicken Windows 2017 Member ✭✭
Has anyone heard from support regarding a solution to Quicken not being able to communicate with Chase Bank. My last chat experience said that there is no timeline for a resolution. This is getting tiring. My One Step Update is useless and that is the main reason I use the tool.
