I recently opened accounts with UBS. I gave the online permissions to share data with Quicken. However, I am unable to get connected. I am receiving a CC-501 message. I waited 24 hours and tried again. Same message

Hello @jnprop,
When Quicken is unable to connect to your bank account for recent transaction information, you’ll usually receive a CC-501 error message within the program. This is usually caused on the bank’s end — Quicken is blocked from connecting to the account.

As per the FAQ:
If you receive one of these errors, please wait 24 hours and then try again. If the issue still persists after this time period, please contact Quicken Support.
This is because an escalation may be in order, which cannot be done from the Quicken Community.
