problem with automatic bills and income reminders
I am using Windows Quicken Version R54.16 with build 27.1.54.16.
I just discovered a major problem with my income and bill reminders. Some income reminders are no longer being executed. Worse, instances of some income reminders that had entered in past months have disappeared.

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. When you say income reminders aren't being executed, do you mean that you have them set to automatically go into the register and they are not? When you say some instances go missing, do you mean they were posted in an account register, and now the transaction is gone? How often is this happening? Is there anything that seems to trigger it? Are only income reminders vanishing? Are the income reminders paycheck reminders, or are they a different kind of income reminder?
Do you keep your Quicken file on your C drive or is it on a shared network drive? Is your Quicken file synced with any cloud service, such as One Drive or Dropbox (if it is, you will usually see the service name listed in the file location)?
The simplest way to check your file location, if you have Quicken up and the file open, is to click on File, then look near the bottom of the list, just above where it says Exit. It will list the file locations for the 4 Quicken files you have most recently accessed, with the one you are currently in at the #1 spot.
I ask about file location since sometimes data issues result from having the file on a shared drive or synced to a cloud service. If you do not have your file directly on the C drive, please try moving it directly to the C drive to see if that helps.
