New Report and Graphs Menu ???

When I opened my Reports and Graphs, a new stark mono-color menu appeared. This was reported in December but the discussion was closed. The menu said I could switch back to the old interface and that settings were in the Preferences. I switched back but didn't find any settings to return to the new one. See the attached screenshots.

I opened a different data file and got the same new menu. If I resize the menu screen to reduce its width, it doesn't keep the setting when I open it again.

I can't find anything about this new screen in the Quicken website.

"Switch back to old interface" is at the top right of your screen shot.

Also Preferences > Early Access if you want to switch again.

Once you switch back, you cannot re-enable it.
