Download problems with care credit error FDP 102

I have not been able to download transactions from Care Credit for weeks now. The website works fine. Here is the error message. It's the same company that processes Lowes credit card. Any suggestions?

    Same problem. I called Care Credit/Synchrony Bank and the customer support person had no idea what Quicken was! My Synchrony Bank savings accounts download fine. I will keep checking back here for information. Thank you.

    I'm getting a CC-502 error when I try to add my new CareCredit account to Quicken.
