cc-569 error trying to download transactions for Redwood Credit Union

RCU forced users to update to a new app and change their passwords. I think I downloaded transactions after that but now it isn't working. I tried "Fix It" and tried editing the account. It looked like Quicken blanked the account # and routing #. I tried entering it but it wasn't saved after doing "OK". Version is below. Ideas anyone?
