For the past 3+ weeks, every single day, OSU is: 1) failing to download some of the transactions from a Bank of Texas account, and 2) mismatching some of the newly downloaded transactions to previously cleared and reconciled transactions! (Auto entry = off.) There are four (4) other Bank of Texas accounts that do not have OSU issues (issues, therefore, not bank side).
Similarly, for a Citibank credit card account OSU occasionally fails to download some of the transactions, and occasionally attempts to match to previously cleared and reconciled transactions! There is one (1) other Citibank credit card account that does not have any OSU issues (issues, therefore, not bank side).
Attempted resolution actions: 1) Validate, 2) Super validate, 3) sign off and sign back in to Quicken Cloud, and 4) Deactivate and reactivate the problematic accounts. Problems remain.
What else can be tried?
