Anyone having issues with Nelnet Student loan account not connecting to update transactions

    Would you mind providing more information? What exactly is occurring? Did this issue begin after a recent update? What is your connection method with Nelnet? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type. Are you receiving any error codes or messages?

    There is also a red circle next to the accounts saying account deleted, I just got a code cc-555
