Police and Fire Federal Credit Union (PFFCU) - cc-501 trying to add account - no connection

All of my PFFCU accounts update without issue.

However, for a week now, been trying to add a new car loan through the add account > select bank > add credentials. All I get is a CC-501 error, and to try back. Suggests its a connection problem.

However, I can then update my accounts at same back and never get a connection issue.

It feels like the connection is ok, the issue is adding a new account.

Thoughts?
