@Gma Sue Unless you backed up your whole Quicken data file (the .QDF file) to the iCloud, there is no way to get the data from the Quicken Cloud Account (QCA) into a new installation. The QCA is there to receive data from the desktop Quicken program for use in QMobile / QWeb.

If you don't have a backup of the Quicken data file to restore, you are out of luck.

What do you mean ?
Were you using a current version of Quicken and downloaded transactions using One Step Update ?
If so - all you need is the Quicken QDF file - or any Quicken backup file.

Are you also trying to install and use Quicken on a new laptop - you kinda mention that ….
Guess we need the exact details of what you are trying to accomplish ?

Are you using Quicken Windows or Quicken Mac - ?

I suggest that you post your own question instead of mixing it up in thread that as very little do with your question. Select Net Post from the top right of this web page. What's more iCloud is an Apple term, and that will make people question whether you are really talking about the Apple storage or maybe Quicken Cloud dataset.
