Missing American Express transactions when downloading

I've been using Quicken Classic Starter Edition for some time now. For the past few weeks, when updating transactions from American Express, a portion of the transactions are not downloading. I'm using the latest version of the software. I've deactivated and reactivated my Amex account. I've verified that I am not excluding any particular retailers. No luck. Anyone else having this problem?

Thank you, Jasmine. What do you mean exactly by "successfully migrated your American Express account(s)"? Under Account List/Edit/Online Services, I've deactivated and then reactivated my American Express account. For years, I've used One Step Update to download my American Express transactions. Is there anything else I need to do to complete the migration?

The transactions that seem to be affected are ones that I have weekly from the same merchant for the same price.

I am seeing the same thing. Starbucks for instance.

Jasmine, following up on VinSomething's message above, I am seeing the Quicken is not downloading some, but not all, transactions with Starbucks, even when multiple transactions do not have the same price. Please address this ASAP or at least give us a status. It's not right that subscribers are paying for a service that continues to be broken with no fix in sight.

Corrections….Jasmine, following up on VinSomething's message above, I am seeing that Quicken is downloading some, but not all, transactions with Starbucks, even when multiple Startbuck transactions have different prices. Please address this ASAP or at least give us a status. It's not right that subscribers are paying for a service that continues to be broken with no fix in sight.
