NelNet Student loan not connecting CC-555 x
No longer can get updates through Quicken for NelNet accounts. Error CC-555. Does this have anything to do with the other issues for NelNet from this post? Just couldn't find a previous ticket with the same error code.

The community alert mentions us, the customers, reaching out to Nelnet. Why does this fall on us? Nelnet is a massive student loan servicer, this isn't some arcane service that we want to work with Quicken.
