    I have been getting CC-505 error for about a week on my connection to NelNet. Quicken Classic Deluxe for Windows version R54.16

    I have a similar issue. I had issues, deleted the accounts and tried adding them again but I get a CCC-555 error.

    I call Nelnet and they said the cause of the error is that Nelnet now does 2-step authentication for accessing the account and that Quicken will need to be able to set it up so that it can work with the new authentication setup.
