Can't re-authorize Citibank Mastercard Account

Since the recent email concerning a change in connection protocol with Citibank, I cannot make the connection. I get a blank white screen with the Citi logo in the upper left hand corner. Citi support says its a Quicken problem. Help, please.

    For clarification; Are you getting the blank white screen within the Quicken program or from the Citibank website?
