Bank of America - Not downloading transactions from a specific merchant

Quicken Classic - Is there a reason why Quicken would fail to download payment transactions from a specific merchant? For about a month, I have had to manually enter the payments my husband makes to his work cafeteria. They're on the bank site, and they are posted (not pending). All other merchants are downloading without issue.

    Is the amount always the same?

    Merchant = 4939 Ssh-san Diego San Diego Ca

    Amounts have been both $3.77 and $4.85, so it isn't always the same.

    @mshiggins means is you get a one $3.77 transaction, but not a second one even though there are two or more of the posted at the financial institution. Same for the $4.85 transaction.

    This is an ongoing problem for everyone using Express Web Connect/Express Web Connect + since about the start of the year.
