Quicken for Mac unable to connect to UFCU
The problem started in November and was declared resolved a few days ago on this Quicken webpage:
However, the problem has not been resolved for me. I still get the same error. I have made several attempts over the last several days, and no dice. I have checked and double checked that I am entering the correct UFCU login credentials. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting accounts, and it won't reconnect.
Quicken info:
Version 7.5.2 (Build 705.51955.100)
macOS 14.2.1
Here's the error I see:
An unexpected error occurred.
Please try again later.
Care Code: FDP-106
Details:
ACCOUNT_MISMATCH
Account not found. No accounts returned - case 106
What should I do next?

I'm receiving FDP-102 and FDP-105 when trying to connect with GTFCU.
Their website is working.

I used the chat support service last week, and the agent determined the UFCU problem is not resolved after all.
