No Support By Quicken
I have an outstanding issue than no one has responded to in the community concerning no updates for options pricing. Finally I have given up that the community is going to answer my question. So today I tried CHAT. Karen was the Quicken rep. I was chatting with her for 30 minutes and she was making no progress with me. She told she would have to end the chat session and she would call me. I confirmed my phone number with her and she ended the session. 8 hours later no call from Karen. I am very frustrated with the lack of support by Quicken and the community. All I want to know why my option pricing is no longer updating in my quicken while my equities are updated on demand. Someone somewhere please help me.
