Fifth Third Checking Download

My Fifth Third checking account will no longer download transactions to my Windows 10 Quicken Classic Premier application ver. R54.16. When attempting a download Quicken reports there are no transactions and $0 balance in the account. Have attempted a number of times and have reset the account to no avail. All other accounts are working correctly. This has been going on for a few months and is very cumbersome to export/import the information into Quicken.
