Missing PayPal transactions when downloading
Hi. I download PayPal transactions every week or two. For the past few months, there are transactions that are in the PayPal register that do not appear in the Quicken download. These are all identical - payments received and a Paypal fee, so $25 deposit and $1.36 fee. Some download and some don't. Frustrating to have to enter manually!
Any suggestions are appreciated!

Missing transactions for the same (aka repeat) amounts is a recent issue that has been occurring now for a few weeks. One of the long-time posters here has a post about it here:

When did this issue begin to occur? After a recent update? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What is your connection method with PayPal? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List.
