Capital One - Activate One Step Update -Sign in failed

I have several Capital One cards that properly download transactions. I noticed that the BJs One+ Mastercard stopped downloading transactions. The attached images show the problem I am experiencing with the installed version of quicken.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Is the Capital One BJs account connected using the same login information as your other Capital One accounts? When did this issue begin to occur?
