Not able to Download CC Transactions; All Others Yes
Using QUicken for Windows. Recently, after a couple of years success, I am unable to download/ see my bank credit card transactions. All other accounts (checking, savings) with this bank Bank Accounts download and display as expected. The issue cropped up after a previous card was canceled due to fraud. A new card was obtained with a different account number. Now this issue.

Normally, in the case of an account number change of a credit card, all that's necessary to switch to the new card number is to deactivate the card account and then reactivate it.
This process should find the card account under the new number and download up to 90 days worth of transactions into the existing Quicken card account register, from both the old and the new cards … you will have to review and eliminate duplicate transactions after download.0 -
which of these 3 names are you using for your CC Account ?
as mentioned above - normally you just need to DE-activate the online access and then RE-activate the online access…

Was using the top selection. Tried the recommended solution. The account seems to connect as it gives me the current balance. HOWEVER, there are no transactions, simply the balance. When updated a day later, the balance is updated, but again, no transactions.
