Hovering over "Helpful" and "LOL" icons no longer displays list of users

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭✭
It used to be that hovering over the "Helpful" and "LOL" icons under a post would display a list of users who had clicked those icons. Now it just displays "Helpful" and "LOL". Which is a shame.
