Downloading two credit cards issued by Elan Financial (Fidelity Investments)

I have two credit cards from Elan Financial, and I'm having trouble setting up downloads for one. When I try to link the second card, its account doesn't appear for linking, which leads me to believe that the problem is either with Elan or the download interface.

As a workaround, I have manually downloaded and imported the files into Quicken.

    Hello @Mashru,

    When did this issue begin? Were you able to successfully link both accounts previously? What is your connection method with Elan? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type.
