In the settings for this report, I have transfers to "Exclude all" and yet, I have a line item called Transfers.

To help troubleshoot this issue, could you please provide more information? Is this happening in the Current Budget Report, the Historical Budget Report, or both? Is this happening in saved reports only, or is it also happening in newly run reports? Do any of the other options for the report make any difference (for instance, the budget year or the interval)? Do you include any transfers in your budget?
