Unable to add PayPal Credit account (QMac)

as off March 7 2024 - when I ry connect to PayPal - only Mastercard account is visible/available in Quicken. PayPal credit is not on the list and I cannot add it in Quicken (Classic Premier, Version 7.6.1 (Build 706.52627.100), MacOS)

To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. Does this account show up under either of the PayPal connection options in Quicken? Do you see it on the list on PayPal's side when you go through the authorization process? Are you the primary account holder (many financial institutions do not allow authorized users to connect accounts to 3rd party apps)? Have there been any transactions on the problem account in the last 90 days (if there haven't been recent transactions, sometimes the financial institution will mark the account dormant, which can prevent it from showing up in Quicken)?
