At this time we have identified that users with Guild Mortgage - Guild Customer Login are receiving "Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.)" in Quicken for Windows and FDP-105 in Quicken for Mac.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
