Simplifi [Edited]

I just renewed my Quicken Membership (Simplifi - I don't know what it was before). I've
been a member since 1999 (I'm 90 and not very technical) …. when I signed on with the
new program my check registry was missing from 2022 to now. I've check my backup and
nothing is there. I need HELP! Please.

@tebolger Quicken Simplifi & Quicken Classic are two completely different programs that don't share data. If you intentionally chose to move to Simplifi you just have to start over & say goodbye to your old data.
On the other hand, if you didn't want to lose your old data you should contact Quicken Support & see if they can move your subscription back to Quicken Classic.
