Members 1st FCU CC-501
This is a Quicken problem of which they need to address. It seems more of these types of issues come up more often. We should not have to go through all this aggravation to have an issue of this nature resolved. My accounts were working up until last week. I am a long-time user and not being able to get my financial information on a daily basis is very frustrating.

Hi Jasmine,
The problem started, CC-501, around March 6th. It has been ongoing every day. The message never changes. I was hoping the current update would fix the problem but it has not.
