Bank downloads
Why can I no longer download transactions from my bank accounts? I get an error message that says "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable:
I thought it was just one bank, but now it's happening with another bank.

Try resetting the problem account(s) on the Account Details → Online Services tab. Another user said that worked for them.

I don't download the accounts from within Quicken, I download them directly from the bank to import into Quicken. There is nothing to reset within Quicken.

Hmm, I see others complaining about the same thing. About the only thing I can suggest until they fix it is to see of going back to a prior version will fix it. On this web page they have the patches that include the older versions, just download the one you need and install it.

I am having the same bank transaction download problem. It started with the latest Quicken update.
