Voya connection works but account balance is $0

Hello,
I'm able to use the my.voya.com connector and add my username/password. Voya comes back and tells me I can add my retirement account, but it lists the value as $0. This is a 457 plan that has 15+ years' worth of transactions. If I complete the process of adding the account, Quicken does, indeed, list the balance as $0 with no transactions. Any advice?

When did you first notice this issue? Do you receive any error codes or messages? What is your connection method with Voya? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type.
