Vanguard downloads are missing the "Symbol" field for option "call transactions"

I have been writing covered calls and when downloading I am not receiving the correct Call security to load into quicken. I have open tickets with Intuit and also with Vanguard. What I noticed is that when you select the download to CSV in Vanguard, the call transactions have a blank for the Symbol column. I have recently updated Vanguard with this information but have not received any updates from Vanguard.
