Find and Replace

Recently I used Find/Replace. The search was All Fields Contains 1PASSWORD. It returned all transactions when I stopped at as it was back to 2020.

I wondered why. I thought I discover which field caused the erroneous list. I then did a Find/Replace Contains 1PASSWORD using the individual fields of Payee, Category, Tag, and Memo. This time it work appropriately and returned the two transactions that satisfied the criteria.

Thinking the first time was a fluke I repeated the find/replace using Any Field Contains 1PASSWORD. Again all transaction were returned. There's more to this story but I'll stop here.

Has anyone had odd find/search results similar to this?

    Yes, Find has been broken since version 47.7, as I just verified.
