Lost connection to BOA and the site won't authenticate my login

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I lost connection to BOA yesterday and the site won't re-authenticate (no change to login or password). I could get into BOA internet banking just fine, but the site won't authenticate anymore. Called BOA and they said to contact Quicken as they don't see issues on their side. Called Quicken and they said to contact BOA as issue is on BOA side. Going around in circle here. I cleared cache in Chrome and rebooted computer a few times, still having the issue.
