Fidelity NetBenefits will not download - History list error 2000 (QMAC)

[Removed - Windows]

Today 3/14/2024 (Thursday afternoon PDT), I am now getting this on two accounts, both linked to Fidelity Net Benefits. The error I am seeing is:

"We were unable to connect. Message from Fidelity NetBenefits: History list error (2000)"

I have found a number of messages similar to this in these posts all closed and supposedly fixed. Seems, not fixed after all.

Any ideas how I get this working again?

Thank you

Same problem on Quicken Deluxe for Mac, but it's only our two Fidelity 401(k) accounts (NetBenefits site). Fidelity brokerage accounts are connecting fine.

I was prompted by Quicken to update. The NetBenefits download worked afterwards. Not entirely sure it was due to the update that it worked, but for whatever it is worth I thought I would mention it for those following.

Fidelity NetBenefits (Elan) is still not working as of 3/16 and 3/17.
