    PROBLEM WITH FIRSTMARK LOANS ENDING WITH -16 AND -17 WHICH WHEN TRY TO ACCESS OR CTL-X TO IT QUICKEN CRASHES

    Hello @stelios,

    To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. When did you first notice this issue? Did the issue start immediately after a program update or after an unexpected program or computer shutdown? Do you keep your Quicken file directly on your C drive? The simplest way to check your file location, if you have Quicken up and the file open, is to click on File, then look near the bottom of the list, just above where it says Exit.  It will list the file locations for the 4 Quicken files you have most recently accessed, with the one you are currently in at the #1 spot.

    If your file is not directly on the C drive, please try moving it to the C drive, making sure it is not synced to any cloud service (or that the cloud service is paused when you are using your Quicken file), and test to see if the issue persists.
