FDP-102 Fidelity Credit Card and Elan Financial Services (QMac) [Edited]

The bug is back. The Fidelity credit card is not updating again. It took forever for this to get fixed in the fall of 2023. Maybe it can be resolved more quickly this time.

    Same here, running Quicken for Mac 7.6.1.

    Connection to Elan Financial Services. is unavailable right now. Please try again later. If this error persists for more than 24 hours, please contact Quicken care. (FDP-102)

    Details: Retry. Layout has been changed.

    Error Code: FI_TIMEOUT (FDP-102)

    Same issue for me Quicken for Mac 7.6.1.

    The problem might be on Elan's side. When I log into Elan's web site I can see my account balance but not individual transactions, there are just a bunch of loading bars that never go away.

    And of course it's a weekend, so I'd wait to see if things look better on Monday.

    Quicken Mac subscription. Quicken user since 1990.

    This started on Friday (March 15) for me. It looks to be the same as the issue last fall. Quicken Mac is reporting WCC Code of CC-502.

    I had a chat with Quicken Support on this topic/issue. Here is their response:

    Alright now since you were able to see on community this an open ticket and a know issue that has been already escalate it but unfortunately there is no estimated time frame of when this could be resolved

    I have a similar problem with Quicken for Mac. Failure to update.

    Try disconnecting account and reconnecting in Settings>Download. Worked for me.

    I finally got quicken Mac to connect to Elan today after nearly down for a week. I had to reconnect with my Elan account through Quicken.
