Thrift Savings Plan not updating in Quicken for Mac

I'm running Q for mac Version 7.6.1 (Build 706.52627.100) on macOS 13.5.1. I am able to grab Thrift Savings Plan from the list of institutions and it shows my total balance, but it shows a zero balance after it's imported. This appears to be a long-running issue with Quicken.

    I am having the same issue as well.

    Is there a known solution or work-around for this?
