Raging issues with Citi Cards - this info might be useful....

Not sure if this will help the developers, clearly there are issues with citi cards and updates. I did notice something interesting.

The problem I have been having is that my one business Citi card will not update via any interface method EWC, DC, etc. This started back in January 2024. Might be useful if quicken added an update log somewhere so that some of us could correlate bad behavior with an update, but I digress.

Anyway, the FAQ post at the top of this discussion suggests to log in to your citi account, navigate to your third party apps and remove quicken from them. Once I realized that Quicken authorization had cache issues, I cleared the cache and have authorized successfully multiple times. Checking on my citi account:

Quicken is not there.

This might be a clue as to the misbehavior.
Hope this helps. If you other Quicken/Citi users are out there, I'd love to know if you see Quicken listed in your 3rd party apps.

If someone from support wants to reach out to me, I'm more than happy to invest a little time. I'm going back to manual downloads and imports….

I reset everything and tried to set it up again - no luck. This is getting extremely frustrating.

My Citi account updates in Quicken Classic however gives me the Care Code: FDP-2102 when attempting to use the Mobile/Web app.
