NEW 3/18/24 Mobile App/Web App Holdings showing 0 But is Accurate in Quicken for Windows

We have users reporting that the mobile and web are not showing the correct investments balances in Quicken for Windows. The holdings are showing 0 and causing the incorrect market value to be displayed. The mobile app and the web have the same amounts, but the desktop has different balances. The web and mobile shows only the cash amount, and not including the security holdings or total value on the balances. This issue occurred when the accounts were being synced for the first time.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
