I have the same issue, cannot link Sams club business account to Quicken

I can't even download the account activity info, it doesn't open into the quicken account. Quicken OFX data (.qfx) which doesn't seem to open into my quicken. I can't do an automatic update either. I have tried all the things suggested here as well as hours on the phone to sams club. Finally they told me they are not compatible with quicken (sorry) and that I need to contact quicken.

    What exactly is the issue occurring? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Which instance are you attempting to connect to (see screenshot below)?
