American Express Multiple Cardholders not downloading all data

When I update Quicken online, I get all my expenditures, but all the ones from the other card holder on the same account are not coming through. I have to enter them manually. I don't understand this. The card number is the same. Can you please help or clarify?

    Are you receiving any error codes or messages? To clarify, these are two accounts that use the same card information and log-in information?
